Toss'd Salad Concept

At the beginning of February, we celebrated the launch of our very first Toss’d Salad station at ETH in Zurich. Guests can create their very own salads from an array of healthy ingredients. Our innovative new concept was inspired by our guests’ desire for individuality.

A number of national and international companies have already shown that customers love nothing more than to create their own meals. Places such as Subway, Hiltl and Tibits prove that there is considerable demand for flexible meal options on the Swiss market.

Here at Compass, we are also in tune with what our guests want. In addition to providing healthy, balanced dishes, we also aim to provide our customers with unique, flexible options when it comes to selecting their meals.

Our guests at ETH can choose from 25 different ingredients for their salads. We offer various types of lettuce, a wide range of fruit and vegetables, and even add meat and fish dishes to cater to everyone’s needs. Customers also have the chance to decide whether they want to enjoy their creation in classic salad form, in a fun tortilla bowl or in a tasty wrap.
