Thanks to the centre of excellence programme (CFE) launched by our international parent company, we are applying an extensive quality system that covers everything from guest satisfaction, back-office services from finance to hygiene, and management culture.
A centre of excellence is a fully audited and certified flagship company that has the task of making knowledge and practices available to all our units throughout Switzerland. The programme looks at issues from the point of view of customers and guests, and from our own perspective. At the heart are the principles of guest satisfaction, innovation and a targeted increase in efficiency. Staff satisfaction also plays an important role. The programme contains more than 500 separate standards.
We adopted the CFE programme from our parent company Compass Group International and have spent the past two years adapting it to the needs of the Swiss market. This provides us with a unique opportunity to combine ‘Swissness’ with international expertise.
